| Prices:
Can be subject to change without notice. FabConcepts, Inc. will respectively make an effort to inform all Reps. and Dealers prior to changes. |

| Terms:
Net 30 Days with approved credit. Orders on accounts that are overdue can be held until payment is received and continuous late payments could subject buyer to a C.O.D. basis. |
|
| Payment:
Any payment to FabConcepts, Inc. must be made at the invoiced price (less any applicable discount) in United States Dollars. |

| F.O.B.

| Ordering:
Orders will be recognized, but shall commence once the purchase order is received in writing. This is to insure that the proper model and size is being ordered. Please include approved drawing if any alterations are desired to a stock product. |

| Delays:
Delivery dates indicated on quotations and acknowledgments of orders are currently estimated but are not guaranteed. Seller is not responsible for any delays due to acts of God, War, Fires, Floods, Labor Disputes, Material Shortages, or any cause beyond reasonable control. |

| Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, buyer will be liable for completed production of materials in process of fabrication for their order, and for any materials purchased for that order in contract, and for any special costs incurred. |
|
| Return Policy:
Any items returned to FabConcepts, Inc. without prior written approval will not be accepted. |
|
| Re-Stocking:
There will be a 35% restocking charge on standard sized items returned for credit. Custom sizes will not be accepted. |
|
| Transportation:
FabConcepts, Inc. is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. |
|
| Sizes:
Reasonable custom sizes available for most FabConcepts, Inc. products. |
|
| Design Enhancements:
All FabConcepts, Inc. products are subject to design enhancements/improvements without notice. FabConcepts, Inc. will respectively make an effort to inform all Reps. and Dealers prior to changes. |
